Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Fiesta Loca Central Queensland 1. Introduction At Fiesta Loca Central Queensland, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring students to cancel or reschedule their dance lessons, courses, or event bookings. This policy outlines our terms for cancellations and rescheduling to ensure fairness for all participants while maintaining the viability of our business. 2. General Cancellation Policy All cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@fiestaloca.com.au or through our official booking platform. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled class, private lesson, or event are eligible for a full credit toward a future session. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled class, private lesson, or event will not be eligible for a refund or credit, except in exceptional circumstances (see Section 6). No-shows will be considered a forfeited session and will not be refunded or credited. 3. Course & Workshop Cancellations For multi-week courses or workshops, cancellations made seven (7) days or more before the start date are eligible for a full credit toward future classes or a 50% refund. Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the course or workshop start date are non-refundable, but credit may be offered at the discretion of Fiesta Loca Central Queensland. 4. Rescheduling Policy Students may request to reschedule a private lesson with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling is subject to instructor availability. Group classes and workshops cannot be rescheduled on an individual basis; however, students may transfer their booking to another person by providing written notice at least 24 hours before the class. 5. Cancellation by Fiesta Loca Central Queensland If Fiesta Loca Central Queensland needs to cancel or reschedule a class, private lesson, or event due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered either a full refund or credit for a future session. Instructors and venues are subject to change at Fiesta Loca Central Queensland’s discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected participants in advance. 6. Exceptional Circumstances In the case of serious illness, injury, or an emergency, participants may be eligible for a refund or credit at the discretion of Fiesta Loca Central Queensland.
