• West Coast Swing: This smooth and stylish dance is perfect for expressing creativity on the dance floor. Known for its elastic look and improvisational nature, West Coast Swing is a versatile dance that can be performed to a wide range of music, from blues to contemporary pop.

• Four-Count Swing: Ideal for beginners, Four-Count Swing is a simple yet lively dance that introduces the basic steps and rhythms of swing dance.

• Single Time Swing: Characterised by its quick steps and upbeat tempo, it is a fun and accessible style focusing on single-step movements.

• East Coast Swing: A fun and versatile dance that's easy to learn and great for all skill levels. East Coast Swing is known for its lively, upbeat movements, and it is often danced to big bands and rock 'n' roll music. 

• Lindy Hop: Known for its playful and energetic style, Lindy Hop is the original swing dance that emerged in the 1920s and 1930s. It involves a mix of partnered and solo movements, with plenty of opportunities for improvisation and creativity.
