Cancellation Policy
Fiesta Loca Central Queensland – Group Class Booking Policy Effective date: 01/01/2026 This Booking Policy applies to all group classes offered by Fiesta Loca Central Queensland. By booking or attending a group class, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Participant Waiver. 1. Bookings & Payment Group classes must be booked in advance unless otherwise stated. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. 2. Cancellations & Refunds Our services are provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Casual group classes are non-refundable. Pre-paid group class passes are non-refundable and must be used within their stated validity period. Missed classes due to non-attendance are forfeited. Where a group class is cancelled by Fiesta Loca Central Queensland, a credit, transfer, or refund will be offered. This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. 3. Transfers At our discretion, unused group class credits may be transferred to another suitable group class, subject to availability. 4. Late Arrival Late arrival may restrict participation. For safety and class flow, entry may be refused once a class has commenced. 5. Health & Safety Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. You confirm you are physically able to participate and must advise the instructor of any injury, medical condition, or limitation prior to class. Participation may be restricted where safety is a concern. 6. Minors Participants under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian consent and be covered by a signed waiver. 7. Conduct A respectful and inclusive environment is expected. Unsafe or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from a class without refund. 8. Class Changes Class schedules, instructors, and venues may change where reasonably required. Updated information will be communicated via our usual channels. 9.
