Fiesta Loca Central Queensland – Return & Refund Policy

At Fiesta Loca Central Queensland, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every product purchased, whether in-store or online. This Return and Refund Policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and relevant Queensland state laws.

 

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law Under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

 

These consumer guarantees apply automatically and cannot be excluded by this policy.

 

Change of Mind:

Fiesta Loca is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. However, at our discretion, we may offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

- The item is returned unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

- You present a valid proof of purchase (receipt, bank statement, or invoice).

 

This change-of-mind policy does not apply to:

- Perishable goods (e.g., food and drink)

- Intimate or personal items (e.g., costumes, makeup, or face paint)

- Clearance or sale items marked as "Final Sale"

 

Faulty or Damaged Goods:

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within a reasonable time of receiving the product. We will:

- Inspect and assess the issue

- Offer to repair, replace, or refund depending on the nature of the fault.

 

To process your claim, please provide:

- A description of the issue

- Proof of purchase

- Photographic evidence (for online purchases)

 

You are not entitled to a refund if the problem is a result of:

- Misuse or failure to follow care instructions

- Accidental damage after delivery or collection

 

Online Purchases

- Additional Guidelines If returning an item purchased online:

- Email: info@fiestaloca.com.au

- Subject: "Return Request - [Order Number]"

- Include: photos (if faulty), reason for return, and proof of purchase

 

Once approved:

- You may be required to return the item via tracked post at your cost unless the item is faulty.

- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

 

Workshops, Events, and Classes:

Non-Tangible Products Refunds or credits for workshops, classes, and events are generally not provided for non-attendance or change of mind. However:

- If Fiesta Loca cancels the session, you will receive a full refund or be offered a rescheduled date.

- You may request a credit for a future session with minimum 48 hours' notice.
