Service Description
At Fiesta Loca Central Queensland, your wedding dance becomes a cherished memory. Whether you dream of a romantic waltz, a lively swing, or a unique freestyle that reflects your style, our expert instructors are here to guide you. With personalized lessons, we’ll teach you the techniques, timing, and confidence to shine on your special day. Beginners are warmly welcomed, and every step is tailored to your comfort and goals. Expect supportive instruction, a relaxed atmosphere, and plenty of fun as we create a dance you’ll remember forever. This package is for five (5) sessions in total. The first one in complementary - to access your capabilities and develop a better lesson plan to strive for the dance you would like. Please include as much information about the potential dance floor. Typically, information like below is vital to getting the dance style right. 1) Is it a wooden dance floor in a pub or function room. 2) You are getting married on the beach so dancing on soft sand. Please send any links for a particular style or dance you may have seen online that would like to replicate.
Cancellation Policy
1. Bookings 1.1. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or the required deposit, as advised at the time of purchase. 1.2. Clients must provide accurate contact details and wedding date information to ensure scheduling availability. 1.3. Lesson times are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Fiesta Loca Central Queensland (FLCQ) reserves the right to adjust scheduling where reasonably necessary. 1.4. Packages are valid for 12 months from purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unused sessions expire after this period and are non-refundable. 2. Payments 2.1. All payments must be made prior to commencement of lessons. 2.2. Packages, individual lessons, and add-on services are non-transferable. 2.3. FLCQ reserves the right to suspend lessons where payment obligations are not met. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling 3.1. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson. 3.2. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full and the session will be deemed forfeited. 3.3. If FLCQ must cancel or reschedule a lesson, reasonable notice will be provided and an alternative session offered without penalty. 3.4. Refunds are available only where required under Australian Consumer Law. Change-of-mind refunds are not offered for wedding dance packages. 4. No-Shows 4.1. Failure to attend a booked lesson without prior notice constitutes a no-show. 4.2. No-show lessons are forfeited in full, with no credit or rescheduling available. 5. Waitlist Policy 5.1. Where a wedding dance package or time slot is fully booked, clients may join a waitlist at no cost. 5.2. Waitlist placements are offered strictly in order of registration. 5.3. When a space becomes available, clients will be contacted and have 24 hours to accept the booking before it is offered to the next person on the list. 6. Client Responsibilities 6.1. Clients must arrive on time for all scheduled lessons. Late arrival does not extend the allocated session time. 6.2. Clients must disclose any relevant physical limitations or injuries prior to commencing lessons. 6.3. FLCQ accepts no responsibility for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions or unsafe footwear/clothing choices. 7. Limitation of Liability 7.1. To the extent permitted by law, FLCQ is not liable for incidental or consequential loss arising from cancellations, schedule changes, or lesson outcomes. 7.2. No exclusions for rights under Australian Consumer Law.
